Respect My Wishes...

Last night I said the sentence, "Respect my wishes, bitches, which is: no kisses." and it felt like I was break dancing with my mouth.

I think that walks at night are the best.

I also enjoy reading in small pools of light in otherwise dark rooms.

I had several whack-ass dreams last night about Jeannie's brother, Seth.

I got new sneakers. For the first time in a long time, my sneakers cost more than $15.

Only two more days of work this week.

The thought of having a hearing before a zoning committee and contacting our potential future city representative and getting a petition signed by our potential future neighbors puts a little ball of dread in my tummy, but knowing that I would be doing all those things with the Jeanners makes it not-so-bad.

I am getting hooked on Trader Joe's mini pizzas for lunch because they taste like grade school cafeteria pizza. The rectangular kind.

I am reading The Time Traveler's Wife. Yes, I do feel a little bit embarrassed about it, but dammit, I don't care. It's pretty good. I watched a trailer for the upcoming movie and it looks d r e a d f u l.

We put clean sheets on our bed last night and they stank.

I am enjoying CD's by Richard Hawley lately. He's definitely worth checking out. This is the first song I ever liked by him:
